Kaitlyn Bradley

Born in Canada but raised under the sunny skies of Southern Arizona, Kaitlyn brings a unique blend of creativity, warmth, and resourcefulness to her role as Procurement Manager at O.M. Design Group. Her journey here has been anything but ordinary. She previously owned and operated her own massage and aesthetics business, where she developed a strong eye for detail, client experience, and creating beautiful, calming spaces.

Her long-standing love for interior design started early, and truly came to life when she designed and decorated her own spa. That passion led her to earn a certificate in interior design, further shaping her appreciation for thoughtful, functional, and inspiring spaces – something she carries into her work every day.

Outside of the office, Kaitlyn can be found chasing adventure. Whether that’s traveling somewhere new, hiking desert trails, paddle boarding on the water, or flowing through a yoga or Pilates class. She also loves spending quality time with her dog and catching up with friends whenever she can. She’s excited to bring her creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and eye for design into this chapter with O.M. Design Group.
